====== Scrcpy ====== https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy This application provides display and control of Android devices connected on USB (or over TCP/IP). It does not require any root access. It works on GNU/Linux, Windows and macOS. For windows: https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/releases/download/v1.16/scrcpy-win64-v1.16.zip How to use: * Ensure 'USB Debugging' is allowed in 'Developer Options'. For Samsung, developer options can be enabled by 7x tap on About>Build No. * Install usb driver, Samsung: https://developer.samsung.com/mobile/android-usb-driver.html * Open CMD in scrcpy folder. * Check list connented devices by ''adb devices'' C:\scrcpy-win64>adb devices List of devices attached * daemon not running; starting now at tcp:5037 * daemon started successfully RR8M405BPHM unauthorized C:\scrcpy-win64>adb devices List of devices attached RR8M405BPHM device * Status 'unauthorized' means computer doesn't get permission to access phone data. Reconnect the cable. * Status 'device' means debugging is ready. * Start Scrcpy by typing it. scrcpy * Alt + F is for fullscreen toggle. ===== Installation on Ubuntu ===== Install from apt. All dependencies including adb will be installed. sudo apt install scrcpy ===== Connection via wifi ===== * Connect PC and Android on same wifi * Find Andorid ip address in Settings > About phone > Status * Enable adb over TCP/IP on your device adb tcpip 5555 * Unplug cable * Connect device via wifi adb connect DEVICE_IP:5555 * Run Scrcpy scrcpy
